Attractive salary ranging from $1,317.80 - $1,635.00 per week (Plus Early Childhood Education Retention Payment - temporary until December 2026)
12% Superannuation Contribution.
Location - Moree (Gwydir Day Care and Preschool Centre).

Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB:
The Group Leader position is a temporary position that requires an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education.
As the Group Leader, you will be responsible for:
Leading a team of early childhood educators to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education to young children.
Developing and implementing age-appropriate learning experiences based on the Early Years Learning Framework.
Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community to support the holistic development of each child.
Supervising staff and providing guidance and support to ensure a collaborative and cohesive team environment.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to the health, safety and wellbeing of children in care.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the centre's programs, practices and environment.

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in working with children and are committed to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Other requirements include:
Studying towards or has completed a Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
Passion for early childhood education
NSW Working with Children Check clearance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively
Immunised against Hepatitis A & B, Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR), Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis, Influenza and Varicella (Chicken Pox).
